There seems to be some capability problems
that it doesn't correctly load ProtocolLib before
this plugin. Furthermore if we use
events for our hooks they print out a warning.

0cf6c4c188 Use HTTPS instead of HTTP to resolve dependencies 
This fixes a security vulnerability in this project where the `pom.xml`
files were configuring Maven to resolve dependencies over HTTP instead of
HTTPS.
