Jonathan Leitschuh 0cf6c4c188 Use HTTPS instead of HTTP to resolve dependencies ...

This fixes a security vulnerability in this project where the `pom.xml`
files were configuring Maven to resolve dependencies over HTTP instead of
HTTPS.
