Daniel James 3ce1a740b7 Don't forward declare STL containers when using STLport - this is slightly over the top as the forward declarations seem to work on mingw-3_4_4-stlport-5_0, so maybe it's just a Visual C++ problem, but at this stage I'd rather keep things simple.
