Sudeep Mohanty 77492f3bc5 fix(freertos): Updated IDLE task names for each core to have the coreID as a suffix 
This commit updates the IDLE task names for each core by concatenating
the respective coreIDs to the names.

Closes https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/issues/12204
