* Use CONFIG_EXAMPLE_DETECT_MODE_BEFORE_CONNECT to demonstrate mode
detect
* Use disconnection flag to indicate conneciton issue and gracefully
degrade to command mode
* Remove IDF-verion < v5.0 code
