Benoit Blanchon 83d73c93f7 Replaced printTo() with serializeJson()
* Added `serializeJson()` and `serializeJsonPretty()`
* Added `measureJson()` and `measureJsonPretty()`
* Removed `printTo()` and `prettyPrintTo()`
* Removed `measureLength()` and `measurePrettyLength()`
