Mohammad Nejati bd804b6520 ssl_stream does not use flat_stream 
We no longer need to use flat_stream to improve write performance, as
Asio now linearizes scatter/gather I/O in ssl::stream:

Mohammad 45d4f7f306 Replace BOOST_ASIO_INITFN_RESULT_TYPE with BOOST_ASIO_INITFN_AUTO_RESULT_TYPE 
asio::deferred doesn't work with BOOST_ASIO_INITFN_RESULT_TYPE

Klemens Morgenstern 1fc340713c beast support default completion & rebind. 
buffers_generator uses default_completion.
websocket::stream has a rebinding constructor.
ssl_stream has a rebind_executor member.
basic_stream has rebinding constructor.

Damian Jarek 8869ec5681 Use secure TLS/SSL versions: 
TLS1.2 can be used instead, it is available in all currently
supported versions of OpenSSL.

This enumeration is now part of the library core and
not specific to websocket.
