Dave Abrahams 79017f985a Killed off "Concept" suffixes on Boost concepts. Maintained 
back-compatibility by using a macro to define XxxxConcept when
defining Xxxxx.

Dave Abrahams f00741c14f Moved library specifics out of boost/concept_check and into boost/concept. 
Moved implementation details into boost/concept/detail.
Improved error messages by renaming has_constraints not_satisfied.
