Marcel Raad c329a34407 Update vor MSVC14 Preview ...

According to the release notes, the following new language features are supported:
- char16_t, char32_t, and unicode literals
- binary literals
- generic lambdas

All Boost libraries build successfully, all config tests pass, and all projects I compiled worked correctly.
