Daniel James	bb1f3d690a	Detail: More pessimistic `container_fwd.hpp` Have a separate config stage, which by default disables forward declaration of containers. Bryce Adelstein-Lelbach	a057517431	Added an iomanip implementation to boost/detail. GNU's libstdc++ version 4.5+ contains an iomanip header which uses C++0x features that only GCC supports, causing breakage with ICC and Clang.
