Fix header guard to correct type of predef.
Addresses PR #48 from @ruslo (Ruslan Baratov) but with shorter "PLAT" to
match the other platform headers.

Fix non-standard test feature test collection. I.e. make the feature
collection no rely on implementioned defined behaviour. And fix check
