  • e3e923f6fa Addressing feedback from Rene Rivera for adding BOOST macros for detecting the Windows Runtime being targeted. Now there are new predefs for desktop, store, phone, and the Windows Runtime (store/phone) in general. These can easily be used throughout Boost to detect the Windows platform being targeted.   • 9fcecba7cc Most changes from review comments implemented. Remove use of "#elif" for backward PP compatability. Add BOOST_category_item_AVAILABLE as a defined, or not, symbol for use with "#ifdef" or "#ifndef". Add documentation of macros used for detection and version information.
