59b5b17e81 Add support for different sync instructions for CodeWarrior PPC (#95) 
* Use msync or se_isync as appropriate for CodeWarrior PPC

* Un-obsolete sp_counted_base_cw_ppc

* Remove untested VLE_ON branch

* Use the supported compiler intrinsic __sync(); instead of msync asm
