2a236a4631 remove PAD_GetAttachedPads() from PadSimple and nJoy (and plugin specs). It hasn't done anything except get in the way/cause confusion since changing SI devices was added. Also I declare PadSimpleEvent and nJoy .4 as dead/rotting code. someone can feel free to prove me wrong...but know they are on my hitlist :p

518d3854ba add wxw modalness to both njoys and fix a bug where calling DllConfig from different parent HWNDs would stop the config dialog from appearing.

5edef94753 SimplePad: Added input recording options to the GUI, now we just need to get rerecording to work to, perhaps one can rewind the input counter when a state is loaded? So the input counter is saved in the savestate for the pad.

2ff2852771 Njoy: added an option to choose what kind of analog filtering you want. it should be changeable when you choose to view advanced settings. this solved my analog/digital config problems i had and it *should* still work for those who had np with Jpeterson's change. i was told the wiimote had the same problem (makes sense) but im not sure if alot of ppl had that problem with their controllers so i have kept it as an ini changeable option only (set AdvancedMapFilter to True to use the same filtering as Njoy 0.3 does with AdvancedMapFilter enabled.

f999ae94df Make checking for focus optional for njoy input. 
So if one wants, on one monitor play Dolphin, and on the other use the keyboard for something else

4a5d9ded94 namespace-ified ActionReplay, and made ISOProperties use the existing AR code. bonus: encrypted arcodes are saved as unencrypted codes just by closing the isoproperties dialog. also added ARCodeAddEdit, but once again, it only views entries atm. some misc wxw cleanup

53ba40fd7f nJoy: GUI update 
- Config GUI now uses wxWidgets (should work in linux!)
- The alignment of text may look crappy in linux, so we still need to fix that.
- Opening the config GUI takes time, crappy XPM image of the controller loads slow (cant we use BMP files???) (line 240)
- Stupid GUI bug present when switching between a default joystick and one with no hat. (line 381)
- For some reason setting the value of a wxTextCtrl doesnt gets updated immediately (line 559)
- If you're using windows and dont want to use wxWidgets for the GUI, you can still use the old one by removing #define USE_WXWIDGETS from nJoy.h line 33.
