90f8265497 Replace StringFromInt with std::to_string 
Updated version of #47. Android should support to_string now that
we use a modern version of libc++ when building.

c74c317ab5 IOS HLE: More robust escaping of NAND paths 
Prevents path traversal without needing an absolute path
function, and also improves accuracy (character sequences
like ../ appear to have no special meaning in IOS).

This removes the creation and usage of /sys/replace,
because the new escapes are too complicated to all
be representable in its format and because no other
NAND handling software seems to use /sys/replace.

c2c950108d Support overclocking and underclocking the Gamecube CPU 
Won't work with all games, but provides a nice way to spend extra CPU to make
a variable framerate game faster (e.g. Spyro or The Last Story), or to make
a game use less CPU at the cost of a lower framerate (e.g. Rogue Leader).

a82675b7d5 Kill off some usages of c_str. 
Also changes some function params, but this is ok.
Some simplifications were also able to be made (ie. killing off strcmps with ==, etc).

09cc7e2ddf Give StringFromFormat a printf format attribute. 
It gives StringFromFormat printf style arguments that should be type-checked against a format string.
