The "X.h" header *just* contains protocol constants, not functions or
typedefs - so stuff like "Display" and "Window" are not defined unless
you include "Xlib.h".

"Xrandr.h" happens to include "Xlib.h" itself, so enabling xrandr
effectively worked around this issue.
