Umanga Chapagain ffc029f6fe Cassandra: fixes unhandled type assertions 
unhandled type assertions can lead to runtime panic. using
the boolean 'ok' flag to handle failure to assert type.

Yannis Zarkadas 0ccc04cccd cassandra: controller scaffolding, image build and manifests 
Scaffolding of a Kubernetes controller using the informer-workqueue
pattern.
Dockerfiles and Makefiles to build the cassandra operator image.
Manifests to deploy the Cassandra operator and create a Cluster CRD.
