Satoru Takeuchi 4b764c20b1 ci: reset test cluster without prompting 
It's messy to answer `y` everytime in `tests/script/kubeadm.sh clean.`
Since the cluster only exists for testing, it's safe to reset without prompting.

tenzen-y 1d7d715482 ci: remove unnecessary "rm" command 
This commit will remove "sudo rm /usr/local/bin/kube*" and "sudo rm kubectl" in "tests/scripts/kubeadm.sh".
I think that CI-test doesn't make those files.

Satoru Takeuchi ddf02d3032 tests: make swapon and swapoff reliable 
After running `swapoff -a`, systemd re-enable swap soon.
We should stop the corresponding unit to avoid this problem.

- Operator is deployed under namespace rook-system
- Operator deploys rook-agent on all nodes as daemonset also on

- Rook-agent installs flexvolume driver on hosts

- Rook-agent perform attach/detach on its node
- Rook-agent creates/delete CRD volumeattach objects
