Oded Viner cccb0ccbfb nvmeof: add nvmeof minikube canary test without csi operator 
adds a new nvmeof minikube canary job for ceph v20.
the test deploys rook with csi operator disabled for nvmeof flow.
it validates pvc and pod io, gateway restart, and data persistence.

Travis Nielsen a94f638047 test: multicluster test to use raw device instead of partition

Joshua Hoblitt f4b8879cbe test: merge integration-test-config-latest-k8s & canary-test-config 
into a single combined integration-test-setup-cluster-resources
workflow. This ensures that the same gha runner preparation, go version,
etc. is used for both the canary and integration tests.

Blaine Gardner b58ddd00d5 ci: lock minikube version in CI 
In CI, lock the minikube version. This is important to ensure that when
release branches are created from master, the minikube version is locked
to a version that will forever support the desired k8s version. If the
latest minikube version is used, CI for older releases will eventually
break when the latest minikube no longer supports the older k8s version.

subhamkrai 3d1956e1e4 ci: use minikube github action instead script 
using github action for minikube will avoid
unwanted errors and probably will be more stable
than manual install. But both script and action
both uses almost same time for installation so
there we don't have preference.

Travis Nielsen 3d963dfdfe ci: increase wait timeout for two object canary test 
The two-object-one-zone canary test is not waiting
long enough for the cluster to be created. The default
timeout is 120s, and it frequently hits that timeout.
When the test passes, it commonly takes between 100-120
seconds to complete, so we just need to increase the
timeout.

Travis Nielsen aa9cb1bac7 ci: osd with metadata partition device running incorrect ceph version 
The osd-with-metadata-partition-device canary test was always
running the version of ceph found in cluster-test.yaml,
instead of the intended version set for the canary tests to
run with in the ceph_images ci variable.
Thus we were seeing this test be more unstable when running
against ceph Tentacle.

subhamkrai 06005f104a ci: add github action to free disk space 
this commit adds new github action to free some disk
space. It was revert sometime back when github runner
size was increased but looks like we need to add again
as mon is complaining regarding low disk space. Integration
tests already have this adding this in canary tests.

Michael Adam 19b5efd542 ci: add upterm debugging as an alternative to tmate 
This enables interactive debugging of ci checks
with the upterm tool as an alternative to the tmate tool which does not
work entirely anymore.

addition to tmate, upterm debugging is now enabled via the debug-ci label on
PRs
