The openSSF scorecard report warns that the github workflows are not pinned by hash.
This PR aims at improving this by pinning the github workflows by hash.

adding the CSI-operator manifest files
inside rook repo naming deploy/examples/csi-operator-manifests.yaml.
Also, let's skip running any lint check on file `deploy/examples/csi-operator.yaml` as this is owned by CSI-operator.

Codespell had its first release in a year yesterday and added some
dictionary rules that are now being flagged in our code. Only one
issue required changes to our code, so modify the codespell config to
allow the words we want to allow.

The build version should be detected with the git describe
command, but if the VERSION var is already set, it will be
used instead of being detected from git. During the official
builds or even local builds, we just want to let the makefile
detect the git version.
The full git history is added to enable proper detection of the
version. Without the full history only a hash is returned for
the version, which then results in an invalid semantic version
error for the helm chart.

We now have a single file with all the integration test that will run
when code is pushed to a release branch or merged in master.
Also, we have separate files with integration tests that run on pull
requests against master or a release branch.

Document codespell flags that are necessary. Remove codespell flags with
minor code changes if possible.

Finally! We can now stop editing manually our crds definition. Simply
run `make crds-gen`. These two files:
* `cluster/examples/kubernetes/ceph/crds.yaml`
* `cluster/charts/rook-ceph/templates/resources.yaml`
will be autogenerated for us.
We rely on the controller-gen tool, it reads our API definitions from
`pkg/apis/` and produces the CRD files accordingly.
It uses "markers" to add extra yaml fields to the CRD, for instance we
have a lot fields with:
```
nullable: true
x-kubernetes-preserve-unknown-fields: true
```
The corresponding API type markers are:
```
// +kubebuilder:pruning:PreserveUnknownFields
// +nullable
```
For more API convention see
https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-architecture/api-conventions.md#optional-vs-required
and for the markers see: https://book.kubebuilder.io/reference/markers/crd-validation.html

Github just switched to use Ubuntu 20.04 for the ubuntu-latest and it is
breaking some of our scenarios so far. Especially scenario creating
partitions.

As a follow up to #6563 which fixed all the typos found in the
repository, to avoid adding more obvious typos.
