Shawn Hsiao 55accb99e0 Dont set runAsNonRoot explicitly when it is false. 
In kubernetes < 1.6.4, it is being mis-treated as true when the flag runAsNonRoot is present regardless of its value, ref. https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/47009

Shawn Hsiao c2513497d0 operator: for generating osd pod spec, don't mount /dev if it does not need to, and don't run with privileged if it does not need to 
When no devices are specified, no need to mount /dev, and don't need to run with privileged.  This allows emptyDir to run in a
more restricted environment with least privilege needed.

Bassam Tabbara 8e2c6dd090 remove dependency on external-storage project 
moved external-storage/libcontroller into rook/rook for now. this helps us have a greater control over versioning it and keeping it updated as Kubernetes changes.

Steve Leon b4279e06fb Rook plugin for Kubernetes implemented as flexvolume 
- Operator is deployed under namespace rook-system
- Operator deploys rook-agent on all nodes as daemonset also on
  rook-system
- Rook-agent installs flexvolume driver on hosts
- Rook-agent listens on unix socket for driver requests
- Rook-agent perform attach/detach on its node
- Rook-agent creates/delete CRD volumeattach objects
- Added fencing to support ROX and RWO
- Added unit and integration tests
- Updated examples and docks
