In Rook v1.8 the min version of K8s supported is updated to 1.16.
Users running on older versions of K8s are recommended to update
to 1.16 or newer before updating to Rook v1.8.

The flex driver has been fully deprecated and thus removed from Rook.
Before upgrading to v1.8, users will need to convert existing flex volumes
from flex to csi volumes.

With the nfs and cassandra providers moving to their own repo
we can simplify the docs a bit. Some obsolete documentation
is also removed.

We should not use .items[0].metadata.name if the array length is 0. This
is the case when nothing has been initialized yet. Instead, we should
use .items[*].metadata.name, the wildcard ensures to always return 0
even if nothing is present yet.

Even if we can use raw mode, do NOT use raw mode on disks. Ceph bluestore disks can
sometimes appear as though they have "phantom" Atari (AHDI) partitions created on them
when they don't in reality. This is due to a series of bugs in the Linux kernel when it
is built with Atari support enabled. This behavior does not appear for raw mode OSDs on
partitions, and we need the raw mode to create partition-based OSDs. We cannot merely
skip creating OSDs on "phantom" partitions due to a bug in `ceph-volume raw inventory`
which reports only the phantom partitions (and malformed OSD info) when they exist and
ignores the original (correct) OSDs created on the raw disk.

Ceph bluestore raw disks can sometimes appear as though they have Atari
(AHDI) partitions on them. If a disk has Atari partitions, we just
ignore them as though they don't exist. This should be a safe assumption
since the hardware was last manufactured in 1992 and likely can't run
Kubernetes.
If we don't ignore the Atari partitions, Rook can create a new OSD on a
disk that is already running an OSD, corrupting the first and possibly
also the latest OSD. This can happen an arbitrary number of times per
disk.

From inside the toolbox, the ceph debug level can now be changed for all
ceph logging subsystems, for instance, level 1 will be:
```
kubectl -n rook-ceph exec deploy/rook-ceph-tools -- set-ceph-debug-level 1
```
To reset to default values just run:
```
kubectl -n rook-ceph exec deploy/rook-ceph-tools -- set-ceph-debug-level default
```

We can now collect logs directly into a side-car container.
A new CRD spec has been added:
spec:
logCollector:
enabled: true
periodicity: 24h
Every 24h we will rotate log files for each Ceph daemon.

node-hangs-after-reboot problem can't be fixed with ceph-csi:2.0.1

The docs were in need of some restructuring wrt prerequisites. They
were mingled with general k8s and Ceph requirements. For clarity,
we need to separate the ceph prereqs from general k8s requirements.
There is now only a single prereqs page. All other topics should be
found under other sections, such as specific to Ceph. Having subtopics
under the general prereqs caused users to frequently not even notice
the main prereqs topic.

Multiple things:
1. We removed all the function/methods/tests that were used to
create and manage rook legacy OSDS as well as bringing support to
Bluestore OSD only.
It also fixes various go-lint issues in the respectives files.
2. use c-v inventory to detect available devices:
Now we rely on the 'ceph-volume inventory' command to tell us if a
device is available or not.
3. implement raw mode for osd on pvc
When an OSD will be bootstrap on a PVC, the new c-v raw mode will be
used. It consists of putting block, db and wal under the same device.
Here LVM is out of the picture and the raw device is used as is. The
implementation is backward compatible so existing OSD on PVC will LVM
will continue to operate.

the Rook documentation for better user accessibility to the Rook
projects and with that the storage providers.
Phase two is about automatic generation of CRD documentation and phase
three is about reworking the docs themselves and, e.g., examples for
CRDs and certain use cases.

Since the default OSD is no longer created under dataDirHostPath,
the most common issue in the 1.0 release is that users don't have OSD
created in the cluster. Now the quickstart doc will guide users to
create a test cluster to get them going with a filestore OSD in
a directory, with clear guidance that this is not expected in production
