The toolbox can now interact with S3 gateways using the `s5cmd` tool.
The binary is only 12M so this does not add up too much to the operator
image size.

With the nfs and cassandra providers moving to their own repo
we can simplify the docs a bit. Some obsolete documentation
is also removed.

`CephObjectStore->gateway->type` is not used. Rook has only supported s3-like
interface and hasn't had no code which handles `type` field.
In addition, this field was removed from CRD in the following commit.

Fix ceph rgw export commands to access values in object yaml definitions through jsonpath instead of grep. This solves issues that arise, should there be more than one lines with the grep value in the yaml file which would concatenate arbitrary values.

We have introduced a new goroutine to check the state of the rgw
endpoint. It will run every minute and perform operations on a bucket.
The success or failure will be reported as part of the status field of
the CephObjectStore CR.
A good status will look like:
status:
endpointStatus:
lastChanged: "2020-06-25T13:47:45Z"
lastChecked: "2020-06-25T13:48:46Z"
phase: Connected
A failed status:
status:
endpointStatus:
details: |-
error creating bucket "rook-ceph-internal-s3-bucket-checker": RequestError: send request failed
caused by: Put http://rook-ceph-rgw-my-store.rook-ceph:8080/rook-ceph-internal-s3-bucket-checker: dial tcp 10.108.189.148:8080: connect: connection refused

This check works for both converged and external modes. Note that the
CephObjectStore CRD has a new field called "externalRgwEndpoints" which
allows you to define a list of IP addresses pointing to rgws.

This commit contains CR implementations for:
CephObjectRealm
CephObjectZoneGroup
CephObjectZone
Also there are changes made to the objectstore
to add rgws in the object-store to zones and
zone groups in a multisite configuration and
the removal of the --default parameter for any
realms/zonegroups/zones that are created.

The guide for configuring object stores has a new flow for creating
buckets in the object store. This requires a new approach instead of
asking the user to create user creds and a bucket with other commands
such as s3cmd.

This is the first phase Ceph part of three phases to improve and rework
the Rook documentation for better user accessibility to the Rook
projects and with that the storage providers.
Phase two is about automatic generation of CRD documentation and phase
three is about reworking the docs themselves and, e.g., examples for
CRDs and certain use cases.

A new CRD property `PreservePoolsOnDelete` has been added to Filesystem(fs) and
Object Store(os) resources in order to increase protection against data loss.
If it is set to `true`, associated pools won't be deleted when the main
resource(fs/os) is deleted. Creating again the deleted fs/os with the same name
will reuse the preserved pools.

This commit does multiple things:
* remove support for AllNodes where we would deploy one rgw per node on
all the nodes.
* a transition path is implemented in the code so that if someone has an
existing deployment, daemonsets will be removed and replaced by an
deployments.
* when using "instances", each rgw deployed has its own key which makes
Ceph reporting the exact number of rgw running, see:
