In Rook v1.8 the min version of K8s supported is updated to 1.16.
Users running on older versions of K8s are recommended to update
to 1.16 or newer before updating to Rook v1.8.

The flex driver has been fully deprecated and thus removed from Rook.
Before upgrading to v1.8, users will need to convert existing flex volumes
from flex to csi volumes.

With the nfs and cassandra providers moving to their own repo
we can simplify the docs a bit. Some obsolete documentation
is also removed.

The YugabyteDB team has decided to move support of their operator
to a new repo at https://github.com/yugabyte/yugabyte-operator.
The operator in Rook is no longer needed. Further usage of
the YugabyteDB operator is recommended at the new location.

The cockroachDB operator has not had community support in Rook.
Therefore, the time has come to deprecate and remove it.
If the sources are still needed, there is always git history.

There are several small updates to the readme, including changing
a reference of incubation status to graduation, removing the
framework as an independently listed status since the operator
versioning is the critical point that depends on the framework,
moving the security reporting under bug reports, and reordering
cassandra to be alphabetically before cockroach.

The minio operator has not had community support nor
any updates since being added to Rook. Support is being
removed from Rook due to this lack of community interest.

This is the first phase miscellaneous part of three phases to improve and
rework the Rook documentation for better user accessibility to the Rook
projects and with that the storage providers.
Phase two is about automatic generation of CRD documentation and phase
three is about reworking the docs themselves and, e.g., examples for
CRDs and certain use cases.
