When the configuration configmap is updated for a CephNFS server, the
NFS application should restart to ensure it is running with the latest
config.

This commit is a large refactor on how the operator starts, stops and
how it starts various sub-components such as the ceph-csi driver. It
also refines the way we cancel orchestrations. We don't use breakpoints
anymore but send our self a SIGUP to reload our controller runtime
manager.
The reload will happen under different circonstances like:
* a new adminission controller secret is created/deleted/changed
* a CephCluster CR is edited
As mentioned earlier, the csi driver now has its own controller, just
like flex. It reacts to change in the operator config map for particular
ROOK_CSI_ fields.
A second new controller for the operator's general config has been
created, it manages:
* the logging level
* the ceph CLI command timeout
* the discovery daemon
The operator reacts much more rapidly to cancellation events by stopping
the manager's context and reloading it.

The rook.io/v1 package was only an internal implementation detail and
does not have any CRDs that rely on it. The CRD deserialization should
handle the change in internal types without any issue. This separation
gives more flexibility for the storage providers to implement exactly
what is needed for their storage provider instead of forcing to use the
same types and risk affecting another storage provider.

When a private docker registry is used and an image pull secret is specified in the chart, the pods with default Service Account fail to pull the image due to authentication issues.
Added rook-ceph-default service account and modify the pods specifications by adding the serviceAccountName.

In the case of PVC,
We are giving lower priority to all placement.
We want deviceSet placement to applied and

we are merging nodeAffinity if applied in both

In case of non-PVC,
we apply spec.placement

It's better to validate ownerReferences when setting them. In addition, we should use
controllerrutil.Set{Controller,Owner}Reference, that have such validation, as possible.

we don't want to merge the node affinity if specified in both
storageClassDeviceSet and placement. Now, we are passing new
boolean argument in `ApplyToPodSpec` which will be false in
case of osd and prepare pods because we don't want to overlap
placement of osd on PVC's and non-PVC's.

We can now collect logs directly into a side-car container.
A new CRD spec has been added:
spec:
logCollector:
enabled: true
periodicity: 24h
Every 24h we will rotate log files for each Ceph daemon.

This allows users to specify additional labels to be added to the components
created by the Rook Ceph operator.
Additionally the rbd mirrors are now getting their annotations and
labels set.
Signed-off-by: Alexander Trost <galexrt@googlemail.com>
The labels cannot be updated on a deployment match selector.
In v1.4 a new label was added for ceph_daemon_type that is intended
to be on the pod labels, but cannot be applied to the match selectors.
Therefore, we suppress any new labels that are added to the daemons.

The ceph config and client packages are conceptually the same.
To avoid circular dependencies in some cases, we simplify by combining
the packages into the client package.

You can now use Rook along with Multus. Multus must be up and running
and the right ressources must exist such as NetworkAttachmentDefinition
CR.
The Cluster CR spec has new fields to work with multus:
network:
provider: multus (or 'host' for hostNetworking)
selectors:
public: NetworkAttachmentDefinition name
cluster: NetworkAttachmentDefinition name
If only a single NetworkAttachmentDefinition is provided Rook will use
both anyway for the Ceph traffic.

The CRD watcher has been replaced by the new controller-runtime
framework.
This brings robustness in our operator, meaning that any resources that
are modified will be reconciled into the desired state.

Now, the CephBlockPool CRD is managed with the controller-runtime.
So the watcher is outside of the main controller reconciliation loop of
CephCluster which brings numerous benefit such as:
* having its own reconciliation loop
* won't block anything from the main CephCluster controller loop
* fast than waiting for CephCluster loop to completion

Reduce from 5 minutes to less than 50 seconds the time needed to restart a
mgr and osds(PVCs based),rgw,mds,rbd,nfs and toolbox pod that was running
in a k8s "NotReady" Node.
A new Rook Operator setting has been added to allow the user to set the
time used in pod's toleration <node.kubernetes.io/unreachable>:
ROOK_UNREACHABLE_NODE_TOLERATION_SECONDS = <5>

The resources for rgw, mds, and nfs were being cleaned up explicitly when
the CR was deleted. This is legacy from before the owner references were
set on the CRs. Now the owner references are set to the appropriate CRs so
the resources will be cleaned up upon deletion of the specific CR
rather than the cluster CR.

When configuring an external cluster the orchestration of discover and all the ceph
daemons will be skipped. The operator will still watch for the creation of
crds for this namespace. When a filesystem, object, object user, or
ganesha crd are created, the operator will simply print an error
to the log.

Ganesha isn't a true "Ceph" daemon, so some of the sharable pod spec
testing functionality is teased out of the operator/ceph/test library
and a simple operator/test library is created. The ceph/test library is
updated to use the operator/test library when possible/appropriate.

Refactor the Ceph NFS (Ganesha) daemon to use the new config pattern.
Use of a custom Rook binary to run NFS has been removed in favor of
instead running the required DBUS process as a sidecar. The effect here
is that the NFS Ganesha container itself may fail and restart a few
times before the DBUS sidecar is running.

Allow the user to set annotations in the CRDs of the following operators which will then be set on
the resulting Pods (Deployments, StatefulSets and so on).
Operators:
* Cassandra
* Ceph
* CockroachDB
* EdgeFS
* Minio
* NFS
The Annotations related structures have been added to the
rook.io/v1alpha2 pkg.

It's quite convinient to expose /var/log/ceph so that we can decide to
activate logs locally on the machine and see what's going on.
This is only a placeholder when a daemon is stuck crashlooping and we
want to allow administrator to gather log files.
We still do not log on file but this can be activated via a config
option passed to the centralized config option store.
For some daemons, which typically do not store any data (rgw, rbd-mirror
and mds) we had to propagate dataDirHostPath from the cluster spec to
each creation call so that the bindmount can happen.

This commit introduces the necessary changes to support the new
messenger feature coming with Ceph Nautilus (currently in development).
What changes? Now the monitor listens on two port:
* old 6789 for messenger v1, which will help us support older client
(e,g: krbd)
* new 3300 for messengers v2, which brings new improvement in the
messaging layer. This new transport layer brings numerous advantages
such as encryption improvement, speed improvement, pluggable nature to
support different network stack than TCP and many more.
We still have one Service IP, however it has 2 ports, see:
```
NAME TYPE CLUSTER-IP EXTERNAL-IP PORT(S) AGE
rook-ceph-mon-a ClusterIP 10.106.217.160 <none> 3300/TCP,6789/TCP 4h
rook-ceph-mon-b ClusterIP 10.99.36.175 <none> 3300/TCP,6789/TCP 4h
rook-ceph-mon-c ClusterIP 10.108.220.74 <none> 3300/TCP,6789/TCP 4h
````
The `ceph.conf` has changed and we don't force the port when using an IP
address (public addr etc). Ceph, depending on its version will naturally
start the monitors on their right port, 6789.
A new --ceph-version-name CLI argument has been added to the Rook binary
so that when the pod starts it passes the ceph version name and the
configuration of the ceph.conf, as well as daemon startup flags, happen
properly.
Given that the Rook Operator remembers the port of all the monitors it
deployed (through Pod definition), this change is not an issue and will
maintain backward compatibility.
Note that to test this you must build rook with dev container image,
which contains the dev Nautilus version. So you should do something
like:
`make -j4 BASEIMAGE='ceph/daemon-base:latest-master' IMAGES='ceph' build`
