kubernetes/code-generator is versioned alongside the core k8s.io modules, so codegen should logically stay in sync with the Kubernetes version in go.mod.
So we now resolve KUBE_CODEGEN_TAG from k8s.io/apimachinery with go list instead of maintaining a separate
pin that can silently fall behind dependency bumps. This removes manual version upkeep entirely. Bumping k8s modules in
go.mod automatically picks the matching code-generator release on the next make codegen.
Also rename CODE_GENERATOR_VERSION to KUBE_CODEGEN_TAG to align with the kube_codegen.sh tooling and the CODE_GENERATOR path used by codegen.sh.
Add the generated files for latest codegen run as well.

Adding CephCOSIDriver CRD and controller. The controller will bring up
the ceph cosi driver when first object store is created in the rook
operator namespace. Then admin can defined COSI CRDs like BucketClass
and BucketAccessClass for different object stores deployed via Rook.
Using the BucketClass and BucketAccessClass, user can define
BucketAccess for backend bucket in the RGW. The CephCOSIDriver CRD
defines configuration options for ceph cosi driver. In the first version
its usability is minimal. Even if it is not defined Rook will bring up
the ceph cosi driver with default values.

This introduces a new CRD to add the ability
to create rados namespace for a given
ceph block pool. Typically the name of the pool
is the name of the blockpool created by rook.

for a given ceph filesystem volume. Typically the name of the volume is

The flex driver has been fully deprecated and thus removed from Rook.
Before upgrading to v1.8, users will need to convert existing flex volumes
from flex to csi volumes.

The rook.io/v1 package was only an internal implementation detail and
does not have any CRDs that rely on it. The CRD deserialization should
handle the change in internal types without any issue. This separation
gives more flexibility for the storage providers to implement exactly
what is needed for their storage provider instead of forcing to use the
same types and risk affecting another storage provider.

The YugabyteDB team has decided to move support of their operator
to a new repo at https://github.com/yugabyte/yugabyte-operator.
The operator in Rook is no longer needed. Further usage of
the YugabyteDB operator is recommended at the new location.

With Ceph Pacific, Rook can now deploy the cephfs-mirror daemon.
This initial commit covers the deployment of a single daemon only.
Multiple mirror daemons is currently untested.
Only a single mirror daemon is recommended.
The configuration of peers will come in a later PR since the mgr module
is still pending upstream: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/39050
The same goes for integration tests, they will get added later once we
start testing on Pacific.

The cockroachDB operator has not had community support in Rook.
Therefore, the time has come to deprecate and remove it.
If the sources are still needed, there is always git history.

Previously, the rbd-mirror daemon was integrated into the `CephCluster`
CRD. This wasn't really practical since we would have to wait for the
whole orchestration to be done to actually set it up. The same goes for
any CR update. Let's say you want to change the number of daemons, Rook
would go through mons, mgrs and osds until it get to rbd-mirror.
This triggers an undesired full orchestration.
With its own CRD this component just gains a lot more flexibility.

The types that are used in CRDs across the storage providers do not need
to be in the v1alpha2 package. These should be declared stable in the v1
package. The only types remaining in the v1alpha2 package are the flex
volume types, which will never graduate since their replacement is the
csi driver.

In the 0.9 release rook converted the v1beta1 CRD resources
to v1 resources. This conversion code is no longer necessary
as we will be using v1 resources going forward.
The code paths will not be triggered anymore, thus
removing the dead code.
