Alexander Trost 158c6187e0 docs: use exclude plugin to ignore the readme.md file 
Right now te Documentation/README.md file is read and rendered but due
its location reports broken links as we link it into the
Documentation/Getting-Started/intro.md.

Travis Nielsen c375bbd6f4 ci: mkdocs.yml must be in the release build folder 
The docs failed to publish with the mkdocs.yml in the root
folder instead of where the docs are being built.
