Satoru Takeuchi 62d99330d6 doc: clarify dataDirHostPath must be unique for each cluster
If there are multiple clusters, `dataDirHostPath` must be unique
for each cluster. However, it's not documented yet.
In addition, `ceph-teardown.md` was also updated because
the original document assumes that `dataDirHostPath` is
`/var/lib/rook` and the files for a cluster `rook-ceph` is
under `/var/lib/rook/rook-ceph`.

travisn 11d83bfbec pool: add .mgr pool to the stretch cluster examples
The stretch clusters must create pools with a pool spec
that is valid for the stretch scenario, with 4 replicas
and failure domain and sub failure domain as needed
to match the topology. Otherwise, ceph will create a
default .mgr pool which will have replica 3 which is
invalid for the stretch scenario.

Humble Chirammal 750faa5747 mon: update node labels as per new key value
From kube v1.24 onwards, Kubeadm applies a "node-role" label to its
control plane Nodes.Currently this label key is node-role.kubernetes.io/master
and it will be renamed to node-role.kubernetes.io/control-plane. Kubeadm
also uses the same "node-role" as key for a taint it applies on control
plane Nodes. This taint key should also be renamed to
"node-role.kubernetes.io/control-plane".

Travis Nielsen fb86955f01 core: examples set default priority class names
By default, we should set the priority class to one of the built-in
priority class names to ensure that pods critical to the storage
will be able to remain running when resources are low. Otherwise,
critical rook pods could be evicted and affect many other pods
that rely on the storage to continue functioning. The options have
been available in the CRs, but until now we have just not set the
defaults in the examples. Critical rook components are now set to
the priority class system-node-critical if they are generally pinned
to a node, and system-cluster-critical if they are critical to the storage.
Some pods such as the operator and crash collector do not have a
default priority class set in the examples since they don't affect
the data path.
