This commit adds functionality to be able to rotate
key encryption key of encrypted PVC backed OSDs.
Necessary changes such as adding update functionality
to kms and rbac changes are made as well.

This commit adds KeyRotationSpec to cephcluster CR
to support encryption key rotation feature.
If enabled Rook will create a cronjob for each
encrypted PVC based OSD with given schedule set
to rotate their respective key encryption key.

If the device class property is specified on any pool,
it must be specified on all pools so the pg autoscaler
will remain healthy.

When the alerts were updated from the ceph repo, the cephadm
alerts were removed, now we also remove two other alerts that
don't apply to rook clusters. The pool growth warning alert
and prometheus job missing alerts need to be removed
as also seen in https://github.com/rook/rook/pull/10109.

if a cluster won't use the deafult realm and try to
execute the python script it will fail to vaildate rgw
as the rgw-admin-user would be created on default realm
So creating user in specific realm if the realm name is passed

Add a hostNetwork option for a Ganesha server.
This allows you to use host networking for the cluster but still
use regular pod networking for NFS Ganesha servers

With the new mgr HA implementation (based on readiness probe) we
don't need the mgr sidecar (live-watch) anymore. This commit is
intended to remove all the related code.

Node access is only needed when we are using
volumeBindingMode: WaitForFirstConsumer in
the storageclass its not required for Immediate

The sample files placement rules are too restrictive for small clusters.
The comment provides a hint how to fix this.

Enabling msgr v2 and disabling msgr v1 currently requires enabling
either encryption on the wire or compression on the wire.
As more clients are running on the latest kernel, allow
the clients to run on v2 even when encryption and compression
are not enabled. Clusters that are fully running on v2
will more easily be able to change configuration between
enabling or disabling msgr v2 features.

ceph orch command uses patch method to update cephcluster. Adding patch to verbs list of rook-ceph-mgr(Role) to make it work. It was allright with deploy/charts/rook-ceph-cluster/charts/library/templates/_cluster-role.tpl to justify the changes quite a bit.

Based on the latest info from the Ceph RGW team, update all probes. Get
rid of the liveness probe entirely. Update startup and readiness probes
to support return codes for misconfiguration (500) and for server-side
throttling (498 or 503).

The machine disruption budgets for handling openshift
machines and machinesets are now removed since they
have been unused and unmaintained since implemented.
This feature is expected to be handled with the more
common Pod Disruption Budgets. A workaround is for the
cluster admin to set up their machine sets so they
match the zone topology. See the original design
doc from the feature here:

The toolbox, toolbox job, and osd prepare jobs need to mount the
ceph admin keyring as a file instead of using an env var.
The toolbox script will still allow setting of the env var
for backward compatibility, though all the examples are now
updated to use the keyring as a file.

The default value of maxUnavailable of daemonset is 1.
Sometimes the upgrade can be slow due to this setting.
So I add a parameter to change the value for rbd daemonset.
