this commit add check to only run the csi-operator in
all the canary tests and upgrade suite only, other suite
like smoke and object will still test csi-driver.
Also, adding changes to make CI happy.

With the new squid patch release, update the base
image, the docs, and the examples to all use the latest
stable Ceph release v19.2.3.

Nightly CI is failing on PVC canary tests. The failure seems to simply
be that `allowUnsupported` isn't set for those tests. Add it.

This is to fix the following CI failure.
ci: Canary tests on PVCs are failing when creating OSDs #11600https://github.com/rook/rook/pull/11600
We set the version of Ceph used for OSD on PVC to v16. It's the moving
target and was recently changed the target version. The new version
has a regression which results in the failure
of `ceph-volume raw prepare`. Although this will be fixed in Ceph
by the following PR, it's not backported to Quincy yet.
ceph-volume: fix a bug in lsblk_all() #49171https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/49171
Let's change the version to v17.2.3, which is the latest version
without the above-mentioned regression of Ceph.

The "data" field only accepts base64 strings and our env var is not. So
let's use stringData to prevent an error from the API server:
```
"v1" cannot be handled as a Secret: illegal base64 data at input byte 29
We can pass bound_service_account_names with a comma separated list of
service accounts. Let's do this instead of remapping new values.
Earlier, we thought a single service account could be added per Vault
role and we were using other variables like
`VAULT_AUTH_KUBERNETES_ROOK_OPERATOR_ROLE` that we were remapping to
`VAULT_AUTH_KUBERNETES_ROLE` internal for the API calls to Vault.
Rook cluster-wide encryption can now use the native Kubernetes
authentication to interact with vault KMS instead of using the token
method.
When TLS is used and includes a caert, client key/cert, we need to copy
the content of the secret to a file in the operator's container
filesystem so that we can build the TLS config and thus the HTTP Client,
which reads those files.
Also, removing the files after each API call so they don't persist on
the filesystem forever.
Rook will now auto detect the kv version of the vault server. This
allows users not having to pass the VAULT_BACKEND configuration in the
CephCluster CR.
Recently, the builds of `ceph/ceph` image moved to quay.io, see
https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build/pull/1883 for more details.
Current images will remain but new builds will happen on quay.io only.
This means that tags such as `v14.2`, `v15.2`,`v16.2` will need to
switch to quay.io to get updates.
Similarly to block volume replication, Ceph is capable of replicating the
content of a Ceph Filesystem from one cluster to another.
For this, during the 1.6 cycle, we introduced a new CRD called
CephFilesystemMirror which effectively deploys a cephfs-mirror daemon.
However, configuring peers to enable replication between two clusters
had to be done manually.
Also various bug fix made it in Ceph eventually and the minimum required
version for this to work is to run on Ceph Pacific 16.2.5 at least.
So the automatic configuration of Ceph Filesystem peers is now possible.
By editing the CephFilesystem CRD, you can now turn on mirroring:
```yaml
mirroring:
enabled: false
# list of Kubernetes Secrets containing the peer token
# for more details see: https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/dev/cephfs-mirroring/#bootstrap-peers
peers:
secretNames:
- secondary-cluster-peer
```
Also, the mirroring status is displayed in the CR status:
```
status:
info:
fsMirrorBootstrapPeerSecretName: fs-peer-token-myfs
mirroringStatus:
daemonsStatus:

When configuring encrypted on-pvc clusters we now set the cluster fsid
in the LUKS header. If needed we can then determine if the encrypted
block is part of our cluster or not. We also attach the pvc_name in case
it might become useful.

`CephObjectStore->gateway->type` is not used. Rook has only supported s3-like
interface and hasn't had no code which handles `type` field.

When the Ceph cluster runs on PVC and the OSDs are encrypted we can
store LUKS's Key Encryption Key inside a Key Management System. Today,
Rook only supports HashiCorp Vault: https://www.vaultproject.io/
The CephCluster has now a new "security" field which will plug onto the
KMS. Here is an example:
security:
kms:
tokenSecretName: <name of the secret containing a Vault token, used
to authenticate>
connectionDetails: < a map of strings containing connection
information>
Refer to the ceph-cluster-crd documentation to lear more.
