Since the default OSD is no longer created under dataDirHostPath,
the most common issue in the 1.0 release is that users don't have OSD
created in the cluster. Now the quickstart doc will guide users to
create a test cluster to get them going with a filestore OSD in
a directory, with clear guidance that this is not expected in production

With operator-sdk version 0.8.1, default csv file is created with following message:
'INFO[0000] Created deploy/olm-catalog/ceph/1.0.1/ceph.v1.0.1.clusterserviceversion.yaml'
Without this patch, `mv` in the script fails, as default file does not
exist.

Default to virtualbox driver. `minikube config get vm-driver` does not
work when default is used.

This fixs that the `git describe` is run with the `-C REPO_PATH` flag to
correctly get the latest tag of the k8s-vagrant-multi-node repo and not
the Rook repository.

configured to run with the libvirt driver.

The default mon port has changed from 6790 to 6789. With the msgr2 work in nautilus,
the mons need to be listening on the default ports. These instructions will
direct the users to failover the mons to the new default port.

1b21e42a90 introduced a regression, where
podsecuritypolicy resource has been changed from 'extensions' group to
'apps', when it should be changed to 'policy'.
This prevents rook operator from spawning on a cluster with PSP enabled.
