Most bullets and numbering in the network providers doc (sub-doc of
CephCluster CR) wasn't rendering properly on the web. Fix by making sure
there is a blank line before each numbered/bulleted section. And make
sure nested numberings are indented 4 spaces.

The network providers doc, including the holder pod migration sections,
were developed with the understanding that CSI could be placed into pod
networking mode if desired by users. In reality, this hasn't been
supported due to bugs.
This allows streamlining the holder pod migration sections to no longer
need to document for users what to do if they use CSI in pod network
mode.
Rook will continue to have the `CSI_ENABLE_HOST_NETWORK` config
available as an undocumented value. This can allow users who desperately
cannot use host networking to still use pod networking, though this will
mean any CSI node plugin updates could stall mounts for running apps.
Thus we do not support it.

The csi images in the operator helm chart previously were a single
image name including the repository and tag in a single string.
Now the repository and tag values are separated to allow for
greater customization of the repository from the version tags.

Pool name either come from CephBlockPool name or
form the CephBlockPool Spec. Use the correct name
when trying to disable mirroring.

If device set names are duplicated, the OSDs will be very confused
when multiple OSDs attempt to be configured with the same
device set names. Updating the device set names does not help
get out of the error situation since the OSDs will also be
confused about which device set they belong to. The reconcile
must fail completely if the device set names are duplicated
to avoid this error scenario.

The test names must match exactly for the mergify
auto merge to complete successfully. Update two of
the test names to match the latest CI.

The omap data for multipart uploads is stored in an
additional data pool, which cannot be an EC pool.
So the extra data pool is set to the metadata pool
for object stores with shared pools.

mergify rules to backport to this branch based
on the 1.14 backport label and auto-merge if the CI

The backports to old branches are not supported or
have no need for automation, so we remove the
mergify rules for the super old releases.
