Ganesh Maharaj Mahalingam 37d102a1ba Ceph MDS: Control multi file system creation 
Multiple file system support is still considered experimental in Ceph.
Disabling that as default in rook until such time it is production
ready.
A small code cleanup in filesystem file
Resolves #1720

rohan47 c80decbba8 updated storage class parameter clusterName to clusterNamespace 
cluster name and namespace are required to match.
clusterName still works for backward compatiblity
