Add some commands to get more partition info when setting up the GH
action runner's disk for use in integration tests. This will both aid in
debugging and may "jog" the system such that it will no longer need to
reload the partition info when running the OSD prepare job.

The `head` command exits once it has output which can result in a
SIGPIPE error if the command piping its output to head hasn't yet
finished. Use `awk 'FNR <= 1'` instead, which waits on the input pipe to
close before it exits.

The CephObjectRealm controller would fail all subsequent reconciles if
the first reconcile created the Kubernetes Secret containing the access
keys for the realm but where the radosgw-admin command failed to create
the realm. This was the only idempotency issue found after reviewing the
CephObjectRealm controller.

When TLS is used and includes a caert, client key/cert, we need to copy
the content of the secret to a file in the operator's container
filesystem so that we can build the TLS config and thus the HTTP Client,
which reads those files.
Also, removing the files after each API call so they don't persist on
the filesystem forever.

Using a default value for CompressionMode to none effectively overrides
any values for Parameters. It is deprecated but still takes precedence.
Which means that in its previous form, Parameters was always ignored
since CompressionMode was always set to none when empty.

The daily arm test suite is failing due to the new local-build
image tag. Instead of waiting for the arm build to complete,
we can just pick up the latest tag from the same branch
that was already pushed to dockerhub and no need to build
again.

Add to the RGW multisite integration test a verification that the RGW
period is committed on the first reconcile and not committed on the
second reconcile.
Do this in the multisite test so that we verify that this works for
both the primary and secondary multi-site cluster.
To add this test, the github-action-helper.sh script had to be modified
to
1. actually deploy the version of Rook under test
2. adjust how functions are called to not lose the `-e` in a subshell
3. fix wait_for_prepare_pod helper that had a failure in the middle
of its operation that didn't cause failures in the past

When the OSD is prepared, systemd-udev kicks in since the device has
been exclusively opened and thus reverts the permissions to root:disk.
We need a udev rule to force re-applying the correct ceph permission so
we can consume the disk.

The volume replication CRDs are an external component, not owned by Rook.
Therefore, they should be installed as any other independent component
in case the admin will install other consumers of the volumereplication CRDs
in the future in addition to Rook and the CSI driver.

This is a starting step to be able to generate common.yaml from Helm
charts. For right now, we merely want to be able to determine when the
rendered output of the Helm chart changes.

I've seen cases were the CI needs a few more seconds to delete and
object store. When logging in the runner, the object store is gone and
the timing matches too with the runner's logs (comparing with the
operator's logs).

We have seen cases where the signed certificate used for the RGW does not
contain the internal DNS endpoint, resulting in the health check to fail
since the certificate is not valid for this domain.
People consuming the gateways by external clients and for specific
domains do not necessarily have the internal DNS configured in the
certificate.
So let's be a bit more flexible and simply ensure a connectivity check
and bypass the certificate validation.
Also, this is fixing the tls code in newS3Agent and adds unit tests.

The `mgr host ls` looks like:
`"addr": "10.1.0.27/fv-az244-362", "hostname": "fv-az244-362"`
Previously, we were picking `addr` which contains both IP and hostname
where the k8snode has the hostname only. So let's use the Hostname from
the mgr command output instead.

In general, make the output from the object store test easier to follow
and debug.
- Make sure assertions are associated with the appropriate subtest.
- Remove `t.Helper()` from complex helpers.
- Add info to log messages.
- Move long parts of (sub-)test names to log messages.
- Move some reused functions back to ceph_base_object_test.go
- Refactor runObjectE2ETestLite() to be suitable for use as the second
store created in the "run a second object store" test.

Multiple CephObjectStores should be able to run at the same time. In CI,
test this by:
1. Create the primary object store under test (store A) (this was
already done)
2. Verify that store A starts and becomes ready (already done but is
moved here)
3. Create a second object store (store B) (new)
4. Verify that store B starts and becomes ready (new)
5. Delete store B, and ensure it is deleted (new)
6., etc. Continue to verify primary store A operations as before (this
was already done)
This is necessary to ensure that the Rook operator is using
`radosgw-admin` and the RGW Admin Ops API properly to support multiple
ObjectStores running at once.

The integration tests must always be run against the local
build of rook, and an image should never be pulled from dockerhub.

will use a tag specific to the build and not ever published
elsewhere.

If the cluster where the rgw is started is secondary and not primary,
trying to create the admin ops user will fail with:
```
Please run the command on master zone.
Performing this operation on non-master zone
leads to inconsistent metadata between zones
```
So we need to force the creation regardless, it is fine the creation will
return UserAlreadyExist and then we just read the current user.
