neilnaveen 2e2eca672a ci: set permissions for github actions 
Restrict the GitHub token permissions only to the required ones;
this way, even if the attackers will succeed in compromising your workflow,
they won’t be able to do much.

subhamkrai 2314510dcd ci: add check for unused or dead code in py file 
adding multiple linters like black for python
which will help us with better quality of python code.
Also, in the future, we'll aim to get errors for warnings also but
there are a lot of warnings and it is difficult to fix at once.
