This commit updates default cephcsi driver version
to v3.10.0 and filesystem reconciler now creates
csi subvolumegroup by default.

Rook will now append internal default versions to custom
csi image variables passed down if version is missing in
them.
This will enable users using their private registries to
just pass different image names while rook takes care
of adding default versions to them.

This updates the cephcsi to latest 3.7.2
release and also updates sidecar to the latest
release in some missing files.
Note:- sidecar images are upto date in most of
the places, in some places it was missing, This
PR updates it in missing place.

The volume replication operator is being moved to
kubernetes-csi-addons. This commit hence, removes
the volume replication sidecar and updates the
related documentation.
It will also update the csi-addons sidecar version
to the latest one.

at present, the csi sidecars are older versions and not in parity
with the latest ceph csi release v3.7.0. This commit update the
same to make it.

Note:- with snapshotter v6.0.1 v1beta1 snapshot CRD
is not supported. If you want betav1 snapshot support
please switch to v5.x.x snapshotter.

Deploying a custom CSI image is more of a standalone topic
under the CSI configuration docs. There is no need for the
upgrade guide to have the details about CSI images.
