Adding CephCOSIDriver CRD and controller. The controller will bring up
the ceph cosi driver when first object store is created in the rook
operator namespace. Then admin can defined COSI CRDs like BucketClass
and BucketAccessClass for different object stores deployed via Rook.
Using the BucketClass and BucketAccessClass, user can define
BucketAccess for backend bucket in the RGW. The CephCOSIDriver CRD
defines configuration options for ceph cosi driver. In the first version
its usability is minimal. Even if it is not defined Rook will bring up
the ceph cosi driver with default values.

The cluster cleanup is tested in all of the test suites. Now that the
correct manifest test installer is being used for cleanup, the
upgrade tests are failing to delete the namespace due to some
finalizer that is holding on for some resource that wasn't cleaned
up properly. Let's just disable the cleanup for these tests since
it's tested in other test suites and not worth the time to
troubleshoot every resource getting cleaned up.

is now added as a target ceph version to test in the integration

suite will upgrade from pacific to quincy, while other test
suites will run against octopus or pacific. The daily tests
will test other combinations as well.

using different versions of K8s and environment variables.
There is no longer a need for these environment vars to
determine which test suites should be run. The test

The upgrade integration test was from rook v1.6 to the latest master.
This was necessary until we are ready for the v1.8 release, from which
time we want to focus the upgrade testing from v1.7 to the latest
master.
The duplication in the test CRs and other resources is now reduced
by the upgrade calling a thin wrapper to forward a call to the
master version of the resource. When a new feature is added that
needs to be differentiated from the previous version, the method
then can be implemented instead of wrapping the master implementation.

The cluster info is important context for the cluster controller to
create the cluster, and all the fields must be properly set.
A test cluster name was being set temporarily, resulting in
mons incorrectly getting the wrong cluster CR name. There is no
known issue from the temporary value, it was just exposed by
https://github.com/rook/rook/pull/8678 setting the value to a label.
Now the functions are more clearly named so only unit and
integration tests should be using the test value for the cluster
name where it is not important.

In general, make the output from the object store test easier to follow
and debug.
- Make sure assertions are associated with the appropriate subtest.
- Remove `t.Helper()` from complex helpers.
- Add info to log messages.
- Move long parts of (sub-)test names to log messages.
- Move some reused functions back to ceph_base_object_test.go
- Refactor runObjectE2ETestLite() to be suitable for use as the second
store created in the "run a second object store" test.

again without having issue with ceph-volume.

raw code to deploy OSDs.

Work around issue https://github.com/rook/rook/issues/7573
and make sure integration tests check for regressions.
Eventually we should use the RADOS Gateway admin REST API, but for now
we need to work around an issue where the built version of
'radosgw-admin' has incompatibilities with the RADOS Gateway version
running in the Ceph cluster.
Of note, Rook built on the Ceph Pacific image will not support
some 'radosgw-admin' commands to Ceph Nautilus (v14) or Octopus (v15)
clusters.
Further complicating matters, the flag used for the workaround changes
between Ceph v16.2.0 and v16.2.1 (both Pacific).
This bug needs to be treated a little differently than most of the ways
Rook handles different commands for different Ceph versions because this
is based on the Ceph version that is installed in the container with the
Rook operator primarily and not the version of Ceph running in the
cluster.

With the Ceph Pacific release coming this week we add support
in Rook for Pacific with the Rook v1.6 release coming soon.

for Pacific.

The integration tests have long been painful to maintain with
settings in various places and copied to multiple types,
inconsistent variable names, and otherwise difficult to maintain
code. Now the settings for a test suite are all in one place and
they remain in the same settings type throughout the test.
The multi-cluster suite is also refactored to use the same install
and uninstall helpers as the other suites.

Finally! We can now stop editing manually our crds definition. Simply
run `make crds-gen`. These two files:
* `cluster/examples/kubernetes/ceph/crds.yaml`
* `cluster/charts/rook-ceph/templates/resources.yaml`
will be autogenerated for us.
We rely on the controller-gen tool, it reads our API definitions from
`pkg/apis/` and produces the CRD files accordingly.
It uses "markers" to add extra yaml fields to the CRD, for instance we
have a lot fields with:
```
nullable: true
x-kubernetes-preserve-unknown-fields: true
```
The corresponding API type markers are:
```
// +kubebuilder:pruning:PreserveUnknownFields
// +nullable
```
For more API convention see
https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-architecture/api-conventions.md#optional-vs-required
and for the markers see: https://book.kubebuilder.io/reference/markers/crd-validation.html

partitions.
Signed-off-by: Sébastien Han <seb@redhat.com>
The latest ceph-volume does not support creating OSDs on partitions.
The github actions only have a partition available, so we will run
the github tests on v14.2.12 and v15.2.7 that still support partitions,
while the Jenkins environment has a raw device available where we
can run the latest versions of Ceph in the tests.

no need to keep testing upgrades from v1.2 all the way to master.
