The ceph commands are now only written to the log in debug mode.
For commands that change the system state we now ensure that
a useful log entry is written. If all the details of the ceph
commands are needed, debug logging should still be enabled.

Long ago the ipv4 flags were renamed to public-ip and private-ip
so we can go ahead and remove the obsolete flags.

Rook no longer relies on its own process management, now we can rely
completely on Kubernetes to manage the pod lifecycle. The code
to check for running processes and replacement them hasn't been
used for a long while.

OpenShift requires the monitoring to be bound to the openshift-monitoring
namespace instead of the rook default
Signed-off-by: Travis Nielsen <tnielsen@redhat.com>
There are many namespace fields in ClusterRole{,Binding}. However,
ClusterRole{,Binding} are not namespaced. So we can remove these.

- RancherOS does not activate logical volumes during boot by default
- This breaks the Ceph OSD recovery, because the LV will not be found
- This Ceph docs update describes the needed RancherOS change

The pool cleanup only needs to happen for an individual pool.
No need to query the block images in all pools. One of the rgw
pools is periodically causing a hang when it is queried,
but there is no need to query for it when we are cleaning
up the pool tests.

Purge the object store properly, otherwise the cephobjectstore CRD won't
be deleted since a finalizer is in place for the CR.

The CRD watcher has been replaced by the new controller-runtime
framework.
This brings robustness in our operator, meaning that any resources that
are modified will be reconciled into the desired state.

The NooBaa operator was proposed for addition to Rook, but
the team went a different direction and created an independent
operator. Removing the stale docs.

`make codegen` temporarily download code-generator into vendor directory and use it
to refer to the local version of rook.

The pool size for cephObjectStore (object.yaml), was not getting updated in the cluster upon changing. The reason being that there was an "else" case missing to update the replica size if the pools already existed. That will fix this issue.

The ceph toolbox no longer needs mounts to /dev and /udev. The
docs had not previously been updated with this change.

The docs were in need of some restructuring wrt prerequisites. They
were mingled with general k8s and Ceph requirements. For clarity,
we need to separate the ceph prereqs from general k8s requirements.
There is now only a single prereqs page. All other topics should be
found under other sections, such as specific to Ceph. Having subtopics
under the general prereqs caused users to frequently not even notice
the main prereqs topic.

The cluster-minimal.yaml example is more confusing than helpful. Most users
seem to think that minimal includes a fully working cluster with OSDs.
The cluster-on-pvc.yaml example is frequently used and was missing from the
examples doc.

The documentation for Ceph configuration needed some
clarification and cleanup from options that are no longer needed
or apply.

This configuration is required when using the flex CSI driver (required for K8s 1.12
or earlier). Going forward for K8s 1.13 and newer it is recommended to use the CSI
RBD driver, making Flexvolume configuration redundant.

Current YugabyteDB operator code creates Master and TServer pods without any resource requests/limits (specifically CPU and memory).
This causes the operator to run into soft/hard memory limit issue. The fix adds recommended resource requests and limits as defaults to the pods it creates.
