there is error in the script to check if there
is any changes on go.mod or go.sum line.
```
/home/runner/work/_temp/dc877811-e494-4d57-ab19-a37942eac23d.sh: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `)'
```
instead of this `if [[ $(git status | grep -E '(go.mod|go.sum)' ]]; then` it will be
`if [[ $(git status | grep -E '(go.mod|go.sum)') ]]; then`

IMO, earlier we're triggering the dependabot in wrong
branches `"dependabot/bundler**"` instead it should be
`"dependabot/go_modules/**"` since it create branches with
the above syntax.
For example:
dependabot/go_modules/golang.org/x/sync-0.2.0

With the upcoming v1.12 release, Rook upgrade tests
should upgrade from v1.11.x to master instead of
from v1.10.x to master.

The stretch clusters must create pools with a pool spec
that is valid for the stretch scenario, with 4 replicas
and failure domain and sub failure domain as needed
to match the topology. Otherwise, ceph will create a
default .mgr pool which will have replica 3 which is
invalid for the stretch scenario.

We add a new field domainName to the Kerberos section. The field is used
to setup /etc/idmapd.conf with the domain name. This allows idmapper to
map to kerberos credential to the correct uid/gid.
We add Spec.Security.Kerberos.DomainName to the CRD

There is no reference for ssl in cephobjectstore Secret, so users won't
have much idea why tls secret need to used. Hence give reference
object stores tls secret ref in the Secret.

Current cluster teardown document assumes that there is only one
Rook/Ceph cluster. If not, the instruction written in this document
might delete the data of other clusters.

These rbac changes were introduced as part of #11845 PR to enable
sidecar accessing mgr pods but in fact they are not necessary
as rook-ceph-mgr role had already the ability to update pods

Volume "ceph-daemons-sock-dir" is coming empty in case if dataDirHostPath,
which is the case for osd onPVC. Fix the volume creation by using the
ceph cluster spec dataDirHostPath, which allows to run socket commands
on osd containers.
Cleanup exporter daemon even if ceph version is not supported along with other resources like
metrics service and service monitor.

The daily rgw tests were mistakenly running against an old
latest-master-devel ceph tag instead of the newer
latest-main-devel ceph tag. Now the daily rgw tests will
be run against the latest and greatest as expected.

The main objective of this commit is to stop CI to run tests when only documentations are changed. We did that by adding the Documentation and design folder into paths-ignore key on CI files.
