Steve Leon 7b71baba06 Handle cephfs mount for kernel older than 4.7 
- If kernel is older than 4.7, a warning message
will be printed in the agent's logs

Travis Nielsen ba628c6307 cephfs: create file system with a CRD 
- multiple file systems are allowed
- multiple mds instances are allowed per file system.
- a keyring is created per mds instance
- double the desired mds instances are started, half in standby mode

Bassam Tabbara 556d221c93 build: build helm charts and reorganize demo dir 
moved the helm charts and demo files to a `cluster` directory

helm charts are now built by the makefiles, and version tag is updated automagically.
