Rename the Release Cycle page to "Maintenance and Support" and add a table of the Kubernetes and Ceph versions supported by each Rook minor release series (1.12 through 1.20). The per-series numbers are sourced from each release branch's prerequisites/quickstart guide (Kubernetes) and Ceph upgrade guide (Ceph), giving users a single place to check version compatibility across releases.
