Sébastien Han 004e2e95c3 ceph: mds spec: tune mds cache memory limit ...

If the spec of the MDS daemon contains resource limits, especially
memory.limit we will use that value for setting the mds cache memory
limit value so the MDS knows the amount of memory available.
