Travis Nielsen 6a73afdc19 doc: add breaking helm change to upgrade guide for ceph image settings ...

The ceph image settings have moved outside the cephClusterSpec
section of the values overrides, to allow specifying the repository
or image tag that will be deployed. The cephVersion image settings
under the cephClusterSpec section of the values overrides must be
removed.
