parth-gr f7082c9efa mds: removing fs_name arg from daemon status cmd ...

If cephVersion>= 16.2.7, we run
ceph fs snapshot mirror daemon status
otherwise we run
ceph fs snapshot mirror daemon status <fs_name>

Updating the cmd so both the ceph version can run successfully
