subhamkrai 1ef660f749 subvolumegroup: delete old svg cr with same svg fs name ...

there can be a scenario where a new svg cr is created with
the same svg.filesystem and svg.spec.name, in that case we want to delete
the old svg CR without checking dependent child resources.
