3 people d3bc9aafee ci: suppress snyk MPL license warnings ...

Fixes: #12930

This patch introduces a  .snyk policy file that lets snyk suppress the warnings
 about  the MPL license in projects pulled in as dependencies.

Additinally, this  fixes a typo in the name of the snyk workflow
file
