Sébastien Han 341aefc95d ceph: revert "ceph: preserve volume claim template metadata in schema" ...

This reverts commit a9fb9d20bb. During the
CSV generation we strip the description lines from the CRD spec, however
the 'sed' command relies on the 'descrition' section to operate. Next
commit will fix this.
