This commit contains CR implementations for: CephObjectRealm CephObjectZoneGroup CephObjectZone Also there are changes made to the objectstore to add rgws in the object-store to zones and zone groups in a multisite configuration and the removal of the --default parameter for any realms/zonegroups/zones that are created.
