Michael Adam 1e7ddab45f ci: test the latest k8s v1.35 patch release in integration tests ...

The CI tested k8s v1.35.0 in the integrations so fat in the
1.19 release branch.

In PR #17782 proposes to change the mergify config to require k8s
v1.35.5 based tests to pass for release-1.19 and release-1.20.
In order for that changed rule to possibly work, this Change adjusts
the CI to run integration tests onk8s v1.35.5 in the release-1.19 CI.
