NymanRobin 70a7e61da5 operator: make crds outputs more verbose

The following printcolumns were added

CephBlockPoolRadosNamespace: Phase,
BlockPoolName, Age
CephFilesystemSubVolumeGroup: Phase,
FilesystemName, PinningConfig, Age

Also improved the error messages in
SubVolumeGroupClient
